As a Financial Assistant with the Village of Hoffman Estates, you will perform a variety of office work, which includes extensive customer service, both in-person and over the telephone. Village Financial Assistants interact daily with the Village residents, contractors, business owners, Village employees and the general public in a courteous, professional and effective manner. Frequent contact with the public demands a strong dedication to customer service and serving the community.

COMPENSATION
Starting rate of $23.9412 per hour
Full benefits including: IMRF pension, health, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave and more.
HOURS AND SCHEDULE
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Communication Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, listen to and follow complex verbal or written instructions from multiple sources.
