Candidates must have previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting and excellent communication skills. We are scheduling immediate interviews! Responsibilities : Check patients in for appointments and update patient demographic and insurance information Assist patients with completing necessary forms and document patient information in EMR Collect copayments, deductibles, and outstanding balances upon check out Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently Schedule follow-up appointments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Follow all HIPAA and privacy policies Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications : High school diploma 1-2 years related experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Athena EMR experience a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in properly handling confidential and sensitive information;
