Classy Doggie Cuts LLC is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler Near Plano, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, be proficient in office software, and possess exceptional organizational abilities.

Duties:
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform order entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
