Village Concepts of Burien, El Dorado West is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team! Maintenance experience is preferred.
Schedule: Day shift, Tuesday-Saturday
We Offer:

Essential Duties:
- Assists the Maintenance Director with community tasks as directed
- General maintenance, repairs and light landscaping
- Keeping the grounds and building in good working order
- General Housekeeping of common areas in community
- Unit turnover and prep for new resident move in
- Supports resident transportation for outings, activities and medical appointments as needed
Job Requirements:
- Maintenance experience in Assisted Living, preferred
- Tuesday - Saturday schedule
- Must be over 18 and able to pass a DSHS background check
- Operation of hand/power tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Washington State Driver's License, in good standing
