Job Summary:
Village Caregiving in Bel Air, MD is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-home Caregiver to provide quality care to clients in Bel Air. This is a part-time hourly position in the healthcare/medical field and requires an individual contributor who is comfortable working independently. The In-home Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring they receive the care and support they need to maintain a high quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients in their homes
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards clients, family members, and coworkers
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of clients
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Attend training and educational sessions to enhance caregiving skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and empathetic towards clients and their needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and be a team player
