Job Summary:
As a Sales Professional at Dutch Miller Subaru, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will use your knowledge and passion for automobiles to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. This is an individual contributor role, where you will work closely with our team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive buying experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend the best vehicle options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Negotiate and close sales with customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all vehicle models, features, and specifications
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to follow up with potential customers and maintain existing customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
