Village Caregiving - Lexington is Hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) Near Sterling, KY

Job Summary:
Village Caregiving - Lexington is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at our Mt. Sterling, Kentucky location. The HHA will be responsible for providing essential in-home care services to our clients, promoting their health and well-being while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $14.5 to $17 per hour, paid semi-monthly. 

Paid training and CPR certification!
Flexable schedules to meet your needs and incentive bonuses!

Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients in accordance with their care plan
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
• Medication reminders
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team
• Report any concerns or changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to provide physical assistance to clients such as lifting, bending, and transferring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient nature
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
