Your role as a Provider Data Maintenance Analyst

As a Network Provider Data Maintenance Analyst at VillageCare, you will play a vital role in maintaining, coordinating, and analyzing all aspects of provider data to ensure accuracy and efficiency within our network. Working closely with various departments, you will be responsible for updating provider demographics, contracts, fee schedules, and performing audits to enhance data integrity. Under the guidance of the Director of Network Management, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve provider data issues, while also serving as a subject matter expert for provider contracts. By leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail, you will assist in developing strategies to support effective network operations and enhance overall data integrity. Does this sound like you?

To excel as a Provider Data Maintenance Analyst at VillageCare, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 1-3 years of progressive experience in Managed Care, specifically with Medicare and Medicaid working closely with provider network teams. Proficiency in Salesforce and SQL is essential, along with strong skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. The role requires advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to multitask, pay attention to detail, and follow through on tasks effectively.
