Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store
- Excellent Customer Service and Clienteling
- Coach and motivate your team to inspire top performance and customer experiences while embodying the brand values
- Understand store KPIs
- Partner with Store Manager regarding ownership of the store's operational excellence, from merchandise ordering and receiving shipment, processing damages, routine daily paperwork and banking.
- Working with the team of associates, maintain an organized stock room and sales floor and ensuring visual directives and standards are maintained
- Assist Store Manager with training new team members
- Share responsibility with manager regarding receiving and processing of shipments.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities and teams
- Experience with receiving merchandise
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Visual merchandising experience
- Demonstrable organization and time management skill
- Ability to prioritize and execute on both routine and ad hoc tasks
- Have an entrepreneurial sense of urgency
- Strong mathematical skills, including problem analysis and decision making
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
