Requirements:
- Associates degree; or 10 years’ related experience in a heavy manufacturing environment and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Metal fabrication industry and/or management experience.
- Union Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of production methods, processes and industrial machines/equipment.
- Leadership skills to communicate effectively within all levels of operation.
- Additional experience with PLC’s, drives, gauges, rolling mill controls, data acquisition HMI’s, annealing line controls and instrumentation strongly preferred.
- Sound communication, organizational and analytical skills with the ability to plan work.
- Strategic business orientation with strong customer focus.
- General understanding of PCs and related software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
