Victory Recovery Partners is an addiction medicine practice looking for a full time Wellness / Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. The provider in this field will provide medical services to patients enrolled in their substance use disorder program.

Duties:

1. Full comprehensive physical exams.
2. Establish a rapport with patients and encourage them to maintain good health and hygiene.
3. Order and review lab, radiology and EKG testing.
4. PPD placements and reads.
5. Assess and treat all acute and chronic medical condition including but not limited to HTN, DM, thyroid disorders.
6. Provide advise on healthy habits and practices including but not limited to safe sex behaviors, STD education, smoking cessation, and lifestyle modifications when necessary.
7. Work up and treatment of Hepatitis C.
8. Prescribe and refill medication for chronic illnesses.
9. Provide referrals to specialist when needed.
10. Document all visits and patient interaction in the EMR.
11. Waiver in MAT for substance abuse (Can be acquired after hired)

Travel to multiple sites is required for this position.
