Victory Learning Academy is seeking a Nap Time Assistant responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children during their scheduled nap time.

Responsibilies:

*Monitoring children during nap time

*supervise children while they are sleeping

*ensuring their safety and comfort

*ensure that each child is resting properly and not engaging in disruptive behavior

*cleaning and sanitizing the nap area

*maintain a clean and hygienic nap area by wiping down cots, washing bedding, and disinfecting toys.

*Record Keeping of each child's nap time schedule, any special instructions or requests from parents, and any incidents that may occur during nap time.

*Communication with parents, teachers, and other staff members regarding any issues or concerns that arise during nap time.

Other duties as assigned: The Nap Time Assistant may be asked to assist with other tasks, such as preparing snacks, cleaning up after meals, or helping with classroom activities as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience working with young children preferred

CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)

Ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
