We are seeking several Teacher assistants/floaters to join our family! These individuals will assist in the day-to-day activity of the center

Responsibilities:

*Provide class coverage for teachers for short breaks, lunch, or absences.

*Create a fun and safe learning environment

*Complete simple daily cleaning duties

*Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

*Assist in the safe transition of children during arrivals and departures.

*Aid teachers in the classroom during busy times of the day.

*Maintain the health and safety of all students

*Follow lesson plans and schedules created by the lead teacher.

Qualifications:

*Must be punctual

*Have a current childcare qualification letter or the ability to complete one immediately

*Have a current TB skin test or the ability to complete one immediately

*High school diploma required

*Passionate about working with children

*Ability to build rapport with children & parents

*Positive and patient demeanor

*Excellent verbal communication skills.

*Great organizational skills

*Ability & creativity to individualize care for children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
