• Directs Worship at the Meadville Campus for all weekend services
• Prepares and practices music and set list
• Conducts auditions for potential members
• Assists with special events as needed: prayer services, Easter and Christmas
• Maintains Planning Center with all stage layouts, part assignments, and scheduling
• Administrative Duties include responding to all team communications plus instrument upkeep and purchases
• Teaches and models the heart of a worshipper.

• Consistently spend time with God outside of church time
• Keep priorities in line
• Attend meetings (remotely or in-person) and trainings to continuously grow as a leader and as a person
• Listen to leadership podcasts
• Read 4 books a year in the following categories: Spiritual Development, Ministry Specific, Leadership, and Personal Development
• On-going participation in a VFC small group, regularly attending VFC church services, and tithing to VFC

• High school graduate
• Can read music/chord charts/Nashville numbers
• Works well with technology
• Knowledge of digital audio workstations, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in leading worship teams
• Lifestyle adheres to the Leadership Honor Code
• Successfully pass a background check

Time Requirements

• 12-15 hours a week including service times
