OVERALL, JOB PURPOSE:

Directs and formulates procedures and policies to make certain that materials are available or delivered when needed. Manages incoming and outgoing movement of materials. Monitors material and supply inventories through computer information systems. This position is responsible for all inventory in both plant locations, along with Shipping & Receiving.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develops, supports, and maintains Victory Energy Operations (VEO) inventory processes and procedures to achieve reliable inventory records.

· Does the necessary planning to achieve company required performance objectives in the long and short term.

· Establish and manage a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system on regularly used parts.

· Yard layout and storage by part/job with labeling/identification visible.

· Establish min/max system for stocking parts based on usage.

· Develop and implement a bar coding inventory control system.

· Directs the annual physical inventory process and manages weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Review and updates warehouse procedures to ensure delivery of parts to production.

· Drop plate nesting program to inventory and utilize drop plate.

· Warehouse organization with visible labels depicting location of various part groupings.

· Stock plate cycle counting to ensure plate count is accurate in both locations Collinsville and Cushing, OK.

· Develop performance metrics that are posted and updated weekly.

· Staffing to accommodate accurate inventory receiving and shipping protocol.

· Conducts employee performance reviews and discussions.

Other assigned duties necessary to facilitate strategic and organizational goals and objectives as directed by the V.P. Operations

ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Degree in related field.
• Industry Professional Membership a plus
• At least 4 years experience in heavy metal manufacturing preferably in an ASME Code certified environment
• Ability to work as a manufacturing management team member with all levels of management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
• Functional use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• ERP systems experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
