Heartland Embrace has an opening for a full-time or part-time Rep/Payee. This is an essential role in the day-to-day operations of our agency. Our industry is Social Services – Financial – Money management for people who are on disability and are unable to manage their own money successfully.

This position involves managing finances, answering phone calls, working with accounting software, responding to emails, and paper filing.

Skills and Requirements:

Kowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Calendar, and email.

Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software (requested but not required).

Efficient typing skills – alphabetical and numerical keys.

Budget minded.

Strong math skills.

Strong communication skills (email, phone).

Efficient email response and handling of attachments.

Experience in online Research.

Ability to electronically scan and file documents.

Strong multitasking skills (with potential interruptions).

Organizational skills.

Detail oriented.

Ability to work independently.

Polite and confident phone etiquette.

Conflict resolution – Problem solving skills.

Enjoy working with people.

Pay: Based on experience

Part-time: Up to 32 hours per week

Full-time: Up to 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday through Thursday

Education: High School Diploma Required.

Financial experience required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
