Here at Victorville Chevrolet & Cadillac we are Expanding and looking for a Top Performer and Experienced Internet Sales Consultant for our Internet Sales Department. Our pay plan is very aggressive with huge potential. We also promote within, so you will have the opportunity to grow your career with us. We have a huge inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles. Our ideal candidate would have experience in Automobile Sales as a Top Performer. Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.

Job Responsibilities of a Sales Professional
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best fits their wants and needs
- Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; takes test drives and explains warranty and service requirements
- Delivers vehicle to customer by providing a comprehensive review of all the features to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Daily follow-up of unsold, sold customers
- Maintain a great customer satisfaction index
- Follow our professional dress code and behavior policies
- Call all fresh leads daily and work service drive
