Vice City is a small company that originated from Las Vegas. We now have two locations. Vice City Smoke and Vice City Market. Both are retail kiosk concepts. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and looking for growth within the company. We are growing at a rapid pace and need outgoing and responsible individuals to help us expand. - Greets all guests in a timely and engaging manner, assists guest in making their purchase, rings sales on the register, give correct change and sales receipt, and bags merchandise.
- Maintains guest service standards.
- Uses Selling Skills training techniques to increase units per transaction.
- Uses product knowledge to offer additional/alternative items to drive sales.
- Replenishes stock, and maintains stock levels.
- Follows cash handling procedures (including counting cash and charges.
- Maintain a strong sense of pride, appearance, and responsibility for the shop
- Sets and achieves personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the store and team.
- Uses Selling Skills techniques by asking open-ended questions to determine customer needs, thereby driving the sale.
- Exceeds customer expectations by offering sincere feedback and establishing trust.
- Demonstrates knowledge of merchandise by suggesting additional and/or alternative items thus increasing units per transaction and the average dollar sale.
- Performs all other job related duties as requested.
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
