Customer Service / Accounting Specialist

Location: El Mirage, Arizona

Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM

We are seeking a responsible, energetic individual who possess organizational, people, and leadership skills to assist with office duties. We are a Welding Sub Contractor working on Industrial and Commercial Projects and have been in business since 1996.

Requirements:

1. High school graduate or GED required.

2. At least 4 years of responsible secretarial experience.

Responsibilities for this position include:

1. Answering the telephone.

2. Assisting walk-in customers

3. Experience with Payroll, Outlook, Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. *QuickBooks experience is a must.*

4. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

5. Ability to operate a computer, fax, and related office equipment.

6. Organizational skills.

7. Typing quotes and invoice preparation. Type at a speed necessary for successful job performance.

8. Independently perform administrative support services.

9. Perform responsible and difficult secretarial work involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative.

10. Gather and input data from numerous sources, including sales invoices, receipts, bank statements, and purchase orders, into QuickBooks.

11. Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
