The ideal applicant will have at least 1-year experience working in a medical office. However, we are willing to train the right person. We are a growing practice with seven providers: one Primary Care, and six Naturopathic Doctors. This is a great place to work - we love what we do, and stay busy, while we have fun! It's all about attitude, and we are looking for someone with a positive "can-do" attitude that will fit right in with our awesome team!

Main duties will include making sure our patients have the best possible experience, happily greeting patients right away, verifying and copying information, electronic filing, making sure all forms have been completed, overseeing patient's complete check-in process from arrival - to the start of their appointment with the doctor, all while making sure patients feel comfortable and well informed of their appointment status. Getting to know patient faces, which doctor they see and what treatments they are having. Consistently tidying up the waiting room and keeping materials well stocked.

Other duties include scheduling patient appointments, answering phones, checking incoming faxes, emails, and messages, light check-outs, and other miscellaneous office duties as requested.
