Coastal Dental Associates is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Portsmouth, NH

Dental Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate for the Front Office Receptionist should have a minimum of 3 years of Dental office experience. Candidates should be friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced in dentistry, the ability to multi-task, have excellent communication skills, integrity and reliability.

The Dental Front Office Receptionist position requires warmly greeting patients with a smile, checking in/out patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing claims and generating treatment plans along with verifying and filing insurance claims as well as other administrative duties.

Knowledge of Dentrix a plus

Full time 7:30am – 5:30 PM.

Essential Functions: The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Greet patients and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Open and close the office as directed by management. This includes answering phones, processing patient payments, and other general office duties.
  • Perform receptionist duties such as scheduling patient appointments as needed.
  • Process all patient payments received daily.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed or assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
