Schedule: Monday - Friday , 35 hours

Position Summary:
Vibrant is seeking a talented individual to support analysis of IT Recovery, Business Recovery, Contingency and Pandemic Planning, Disaster Recovery Planning, and Risk Management analysis for the organization. A business continuity analyst is a risk management professional. Their duties are to work with business and technology teams to develop Disaster Recovery Plans and implement Business Continuity Management. They will perform inspections and analysis of the organization's preparedness and make suggestions on how to improve recovery time after an incident, system outage, natural disaster, or other emergency that may cause a loss of information or functionality.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for supporting efficient and effective recovery of all critical business operations for the enterprise
* Assist with implementation and ongoing management of Business Continuity program including collaboration and influencing of key cross-functional partners.
* Develop and deliver all hazard emergency plans/SOPs and ensure all business units have Business Recovery plans.
* Assist in coordination, assessment, development, and testing of environment requirements to protect the organization in the event of a complete or partial failure of facilities, technology systems, applications, communications, or personnel
* Leverage experience and contacts within Healthcare, Nonprofit, Supply Chain, or Services business units to deliver on strategic goals
* Assess compliance with client contractual obligations
* Supports crisis management and communications actions
Essential duties include the following:
* Coordinates and supports implementation of BC program across the organization, including consulting with lines of business to document and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
* Analyzes the alignment of business recovery requirements with IT recovery capabilities to ensure plans are sound; identifies gaps and reports findings for further analysis
* Work with business and technology staff to ensure recovery plan objectives have been established
* Plans and executes annual Business Impact Analysis (BIA) in collaboration with business units; assists in facilitation of risk assessments for Vibrant facilities to include people, processes, technology, and physical risks
* Supports enterprise-wide testing events ranging from minor to major complexity and participation, including but not limited to tests of the emergency notification system, secure remote access capacity testing, and tests involving multiple business units
* Supports planning for critical systems recovery prioritization through logical process mapping and business concurrence; ensures IT Recovery Plan follows the designated critical path
* Provides periodic progress report to management on BC portfolio
* Performs other duties as required
Position Requirements
* Candidates will possess the minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of professional experience
* Associate Business Continuity Professional (CBCP or MBCP) or equivalent is required
* At least two (2) years of experience in Business Continuity, IT Recovery planning, other relevant experience may be considered
* Knowledge of Nonprofit, Healthcare, and service operations
* Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills (credible, cooperative, and supportive); builds trust with Plan stakeholders, and other business management as applicable
* Employee will be expected to obtain a BC/DC certification commensurate with experience and based on needs of the business
* Employee will be a trusted agent with significant operational knowledge of the risks, vulnerabilities, and capacity of lines of business
* Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax
