ViaRx Patient Care Pharmacy, a locally owned and operated pharmacy, is currently accepting applications for a full time Pharmacy Technician. Applicants must be certified in Nebraska and ideally live in the Omaha area.

Job Functions:

• Pharmacy technician to perform pharmacy-related tasks under direction of pharmacist
• Data entry & medication filling responsibilities with an emphasis on Data Entry.
• Must be proficient in PioneerRx
• Utilize, update, and maintain data in pharmacy systems
• Process Third Party transactions and related rejections
• Pharmacy tech will fill and package medications in unit dose/multi dose packaging
• Receive and process daily inventory order
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position and comply with all company, state and federal policies and procedures
• Pharmacy technician will effectively communicate with valued pharmacy patients daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
