Additional responsibilities include making adjustments and monitoring assigned equipment to ensure dimensional part integrity, troubleshooting and correcting problems, deburr/buff/sand parts to meet print specifications, inspect parts visually and dimensionally using basic inspection equipment and techniques, and perform preventative machine maintenance as required.Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years machine shop experience in all phases of machining, including two years of CNC or Swiss experience. Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints and experience working with small precision parts to close tolerances required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.#INDMP
