We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Weaponeer Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering Weaponry instruction to Advanced Weaponeering Courses

Duties:

The Instructor shall deliver each course from 0800-1600. The Instructor shall plan on a maximum number of participants in each course is thirty (30). The Instructor shall ensure the Introductory to Weaponeering course covers the basic subjects that that need to be understood to compute weapon effects that include weapon delivery, accuracy, warhead lethality and target vulnerability to include the following learning objectives:

• o Deterministic Methods
• · Single Weapons Directed Against an Area of Targets
• · Stick Deliveries
• · Cluster Munitions
• · Projectiles
• · Weaponeering for Specific Targets Using Effectiveness Indices
• · Surface to Surface Weaponeering – Indirect Fire
• · Direct Fire: Infantry, Vehicles and Small Boats
• · Computer Implementation of Weaponeering Methods

The Instructor shall ensure the Advanced Weaponeering course includes specific techniques for dealing with particular targets such as personnel, buildings, bunkers, bridges, and collateral damage concerns and be prepared to expand in topics such as air blast, ground penetration and projectile trajectory to include the following learning objectives:

The Instructor shall provide weaponeering books and training materials for the Introduction to Weaponeering and Advanced Weaponeering. The books can be hardcopy or softcopy.
