Via has partnered with 100 cities and public transit agencies around the world to deploy their mobility technology. As a Field Manager on Via’s Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team, you will be responsible for managing operations using an innovative technology platform, driving continuous improvement and growth of company services.
As Field Operations Manager, you will:

• Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and an unbelievable customer experience.
• Oversee operations in-person that may include early mornings or evenings.
• Manage driver supply to ensure the appropriate amount of drivers are on the road to meet demand expectations.
• Prioritize operational issues as the real-time point of contact and implement creative solutions to solve problems as they arise.
• Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues.
• Diligently collaborate with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes, systems and tools to drive rapid growth.
• Analyze and interpret metrics/KPIs to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations.

• Multi-site management experience
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in managing and scheduling a team
• Bilingual in any language

Commitment: This is a full-time, permanent position staffed via HireArt. This position is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and available to candidates who are local to the Detroit, MI area.
