Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with retail math for calculating drink prices and making change
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Experience in banquet or event settings is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
- Understanding of the food industry, including knowledge of different types of beverages and their preparation methods
