Position Summary

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing changes to and managing our on-line Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will work closely with various business units to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide support for the CRM system. This includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out CRM solutions to end users.

Working Location: Based in our Waterloo, IA, in office.


Work Hours Classification (check all that apply):
Monday-Friday, 8-5pm (flexible), occasional off hours when job duties require (remote working arrangement)

Responsibilities/Duties of the Position

  • Work with business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement new features, forms, screens, views, workflows, dashboards, reports, modules, or application components within the Dynamics CRM platform, Power Apps, and other Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Create, design, and deliver end-user training and training materials; assist with training of users of the CRM as necessary.
  • Provide system support of existing the CRM implementation. This includes performance-tuning, troubleshooting integration software issues, implementing enhancements, and working with stakeholders to effectively and efficiently correct defects and resolve issues.
  • Work with BAs to facilitate testing/deployment working within the organization’s business systems development methodology and/or its Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
  • Assist with deployment and provisioning activities as well as manage production system migration and releases.
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of the integrations between the Dynamics CRM, and backend systems.
  • Support and maintain all our Dynamics CRM environments (Development, Test, Staging and Production), monitor the environment and applications, analyze, and address the system alerts and error logs, take the actions accordingly for performance tuning and/or risk mitigation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and features.

Position Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or comparable technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

  • On-call availability required occasionally for emergencies and deployments.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components.
  • Some travel may be required for training purposes.
