Job Description: As an Armed Field Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of security services. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting site assessments, and providing leadership to security teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of armed security personnel
• Conduct regular site assessments to identify security risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and guidance to security personnel
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies as needed

Requirements:

• Must have armed security license
• Must have duty belt
• Must have own weapon
• Must be able to Multi-Task
