Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Systems Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various HR system projects, ensuring their successful implementation and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead support for system troubleshooting and point of contact for talent systems (Lever, Paycom, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Regularly run reporting of KPI data in ATS for VP People and Talent, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support with the migration to a new ATS (Paycom) and standardization of job descriptions and supporting documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support to optimize system performance.
  • Create talent dashboards from ATS data as needed.
  • Oversee system configuration, data integrity, and user access controls, implementing best practices to safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides to facilitate smooth adoption and utilization of talent systems.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with HRIS and other HR systems with a general knowledge of HR and people practices that facilitate great insights and ability to create data visualizations and make connections based on knowledge of the field.
  • Experience with Lever ATS and Paycom ATS preferred.
  • Must have experience providing technical support for talent acquisition team on Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to create presentations with storytelling aspects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, math, analytics, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
