Duties:

• Recruit qualified entry level professionals through web sourcing, referrals, job postings, social media, networking events, career fairs, etc.
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone, skype, and in-person
• Effectively evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, skill set, and salary requirements
• Create a great experience for all candidates by maintaining relationships and communicating regularly
• Post and manage positions through various job boards and social media
• Communicate with Hiring Managers to deliver status updates and ensure knowledge of hiring needs
• Conduct letters to candidates not selected
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activity
• Develop and manage college recruitment strategy
• Regularly attend young professional and business networking events to promote brand awareness
• Consistently develop new ideas to attract quality candidates to KellyMitchell

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven track record in a competitive, fast pace, sales-oriented environment
• Ability to quickly assess candidates’ skills and character as they relate to the position
• Ability to meet goals and assigned initiatives in a timely manner
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm with the ability to quickly build rapport and generate interest
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fast-pace environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Local to Chicago, IL
