Watford City Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full-time experienced receptionist with excellent customer service skills to be apart of our team in a fast-paced, thriving practice.Impeccable hospitality skills and attention to detail are mandatory. Position includes phone management, greeting and helping pets and clients,scheduling appointments, organizing, processing payments, and fielding messages.A working knowledge of veterinary management and ranching is preferred but not required. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience working in the customer service industry
• Receptionist experience preferred
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00/hour.
