Watford City Veterinary Center is looking for a upbeat, hard working, Veterinary Assistant to add to our clinic! We desire an applicant who is willing to learn and evolve as well as help bring new ideas to the table in terms of efficiency and systems. Responsibilities:

*Educating clients about a patient's illness/wellness *Attend appointments when patient arrives *Identify owner's concerns and gather a thorough history *Assist doctor with patient exam *Assist doctor with surgery preparation *Cleaning tasks throughout the clinic *Laboratory Sample Collections

Qualifications:

*Preferred - 1 year of experience in a Vet Clinic and/or Vet Hospital setting *Preferred - 1` year of experience in a customer service setting *Ranch or Animal Handling experience

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $15.00/hour.
