Job Summary

Seeking full-time/ part-time receptionist and or assistant/technician for a busy small animal practice. Experienced applicants given top priority, and must be friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Avimark software a plus along with honesty, integrity, good organizational skills.

We are a two doctor practice. A small tight knit group, finding someone who is just the right fit is very important .

Shift is tentatively days (Monday-Saturdays) Alternate Saturdays required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answering the phone, making appointments, helping in the rooms, blood draws, animal restraint, taking patient history, helping with curbside services during covid and keeping the front and back clean etc.

Qualifications and Skills

At least one year experience would be best.

Benefits

Paid vacation and other benefits available to full time employees after 90 days.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
