Title: SSVF Case Manager
I. Job Purpose/Description:
A full-time position providing case management services and supports to veterans in the Department of Veterans Affairs Rapid Re-Housing program Supportive Services for Veterans and their families (SSVF). Provides Case Management to homeless and at-risk Veterans, in order to deliver sustainable housing options Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and an ability to travel within the service delivery areas are required. This position will serve New Hanover, Pender, Onslow, Jones, Carteret, Pamlico and Craven Counties and reports to VSC’s Housing Director.
