Summary
The GS-8 VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) is assigned to Clinical Access Management Services (CAMS) under the direct supervision of the Administrative Officer, and is responsible for full supervision of approximately 12 Advanced MSAs.
Assignments at this level includes, but is not limited to : assigning and evaluating the work of subordinate staff, performance evaluations, selection of staff, and recommendation of awards and / or advancements.
