We are looking to add an Information Technology Support Professional to our growing Guard1 team.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to our customers via phone, email, chat and onsite visits

• Support our Guard1 hardware and software products.

• Travel to customer sites for site surveys, implementations, and system support.

• This position is 40% to 60% travel, mostly within Michigan.

• Develop and improve your knowledge of our products and related technologies, including networking, authentication, hosted applications, and SQL Server.

• Special projects related to product support.

• Experience in a technical support or IT management role.

• A "whatever it takes" attitude about customer service.
