Dynics Inc is Hiring a Technical Support Team Lead Near Ann Arbor, MI

Description

We are looking for a team lead for our technical support department which handles support and repair of our industrial computers and operating systems (primarily Windows). The role is primarily customer communication, troubleshooting via phone and email, and priority management but also involves hands on repair and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

  • Proper phone etiquette;
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar;
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
  • Effective listening skills;
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good;
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
