Who are we looking for?
The Marketing team at Vestwell is growing and we're searching for a talented graphic designer with 1-3 years of experience. This role will report to the SVP, Head of Marketing, but partner closely with the senior designer, and entire marketing team, while playing a key role in continuing to shape our brand.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, and creative. You have proven you can execute, and you enjoy working cross-functionally when needed.
Most of all, you must be passionate about what you create and about the impact it can have on our mission to close the savings gap.
Requirements
Necessary Experience- Proven experience with Figma and Adobe design tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc
- Working with other designers (internally/externally) and business stakeholders as needed
- Ability to communicate professionally (both written and verbal)
- Experience producing creative work within an established organizational style and attention to detail
- Under moderate supervision, collaborate with others to design, develop and create a wide range of marketing and advertising materials to include design for presentations, conferences, product launches, social media graphics and web content
- Meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, professional and collaborative environment
- Degree in design or related field
- Experience in a financial services company with a fast-paced environment
- Experience with designing longer documents and proposals
The expected salary range for this position is $60K - $70K. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

OUR PROCESS
It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 - 2 conversations about Vestwell, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but the usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an Engineer, a portfolio review for a Designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in-person interview panel after that if the screens go well. Before making an offer, our interview process concludes with a references check stage for your recruiter to meet with a current or former supervisor and peer.
