About The Role:
We are looking for people dedicated and compassionate to join our team as behavioral technicians. Apply to our ABA technician job today and join us in helping children with ASD improve their daily skills.
Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) technicians provide one-on-one play-based teaching to children ages 3-12 with ASD. This helps promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun setting to increase motivation and positive performance.
What You Will Do ( Responsibilities):
- Behavior Technicians will provide one-on-one play based teaching to children ages 3-12 with ASD to help promote language, behavioral, social and daily living skills in a fun setting to increase motivation and positive performance
- Behavior Technician will build rapport with client and families and help teach caregivers how to implement behavior programs and procedures
- Behavior Technician will Implement behavior programs, collect data, and complete daily session notes for clients programs designed by BCBA to help children increase skills
What We Need From You ( Qualifications ):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid drivers license and insurance
- Experience working with children
- Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
Good to Have But Not Mandatory:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
