About The Position: We are looking for the right individual to effectively manage a defined customer territory. This salaried position will report to the Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for managing the relationships with and driving revenue from municipal highway departments within the assigned region.

Job Requirements:

• Build & maintain relationships with municipal highway officials within territory
• Develop firm technical acumen and market knowledge
• Provide insights and recommendations to customers regarding pavement management
• Complete weekly customer visit reports
• Represent company brand throughout industry
• Display consistent passion, diligence and self-motivation
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

• 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a municipal market
• Ability to excel when provided with autonomy
• Experience with highway maintenance and pavement preservation
• General knowledge of the municipal highway market
• Experience interacting with municipal Highway officials
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Applications & smart phone technology
• Extremely detail oriented
• Ability to multitask in high-paced situations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
