This is not a remote position. This is an onsite position.SUMMARY
Use time management skills to communicate with and assist end users, ensure hardware and software work consistently and correctly, install hardware and software as needed, configure networks and databases.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and Configure Networks & Systems - Ensures that employees’ workstations successfully connect to networks, and access business-critical data at any time. They’ll also configure network security settings and connect/setup peripheral devices.
Manage Databases – Set up new properties and make changes as needed, manage domains and emails, adjusting permissions, maintaining data security and integrity, backups, and day-to-day use.
Provide User Support - Set up hardware or software, diagnosing connectivity or data access problems, answering questions about hardware or software, and helping users access shared drives and devices.
Manage Information Security - Set up antivirus programs at workstations, develop policies for email security, and perform periodic data audits and backups to prevent information loss and unauthorized access.
Troubleshoot Systems and Hardware - Identify issues with new hardware or software and work with users or on the back end of servers to quickly resolve those issues and prevent delays.
Supervision of all team members in the department.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED (required)
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Previous experience in IT (preferred)
ResMan or similar software experience (preferred)
