We are looking for an accountable person with experience in maintenance, repair, and remodeling. The primary responsibility for this position is performing maintenance, turnover, and remodel work at our apartment properties located in Shoreline, Renton, Kent, and Burien. This is a full-time position with great long-term potential as we promote from within. You must have dependable transportation, willing to travel to all properties in King County, have your own hand tools, and a good attitude.

Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must!
