- Troubleshooting and performing routine plumbing, electrical and other repairs
- Perform unit turnover work such as painting and general repair work
- Remodel work including carpentry, drywall, tile setting, flooring, minor electrical and plumbing
- Interact with tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Previous experience in general maintenance / carpentry
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
- Ability to lift 40 lbs on a consistent basis
