About Us: Most Home Care platforms are converted from medical use. Vervecare is different. Vervecare has been built from the ground up with the unique needs of Homecare providers in mind. From Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to submitting claims to the State and MCOs, we only focus on the day-to-day operations of Home Care Agency Providers.

Position Overview: We are in search of a knowledgeable and enthusiastic EVV Software Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our innovative EVV solution. This role involves outreach to home care agencies, personal care service providers, and other potential clients who can benefit from our software. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, along with a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the EVV market, including regulatory requirements, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify and target potential clients, initiating contact to generate interest in our EVV software solutions.
  • Lead product demonstrations, tailoring presentations to address the specific challenges and needs of each prospective client.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our product and technical teams to convey customer feedback and help guide product development.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles, working with decision-makers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about changes in Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations that may impact EVV software requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Document all sales activity in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and strategy adjustment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 years of sales experience, preferably with SaaS or healthcare technology solutions.
  • Knowledgeable about the healthcare industry, specifically around home health care and personal care services.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Technically proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

  • A competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission plan.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
