Vert Environmental in Los Angeles is Hiring a Territory sales Near Los Angeles, CA

We're looking for a driven, outgoing, and motivated Territory Outbound Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business while also developing relationships with existing clients.

You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales goals.

  • Help host company golf and other events

  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
  • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads Qualifications :
  • Sales experience required
  • Must live in Orange County and / or within driving distance of the office
  • Good communication
  • Must have working rights in the USA
  • Must have a driver's license
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Ability to make good first impressions
  • Clean driving record required
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management
  • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
  • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry Compensation : $70,000 - $120,000 plus commission
