Here’s the Scoop:Vert is searching for a highly organized, self-motivated Project Management Intern to join our Account Strategy team. This person will support Vert’s functional teams, working to ensure team efficiency and productivity while maintaining the exceptional customer service we’re known for!
In this position, you’ll be responsible for working with Vert’s functional teams to manage the ins and outs of the campaigns, projects, and deliverables we execute. Your primary responsibility will be to support our Account Strategy team in keeping projects and deliverables flowing between agency teams and between Vert and our clients in a way that’s effective, efficient, and consistent.
Our ideal candidate is a pro at multitasking, can think about the nitty-gritty and the big picture at the same time, and is known for their ability to knock a proverbial curveball out of the park. They’re also incredibly passionate about digital marketing and should like knowing a little about a lot of things.

- Love knowing the ins and outs, the behind-the-scenes, and the nuances of what makes something tick
Key responsibilities:- Establishing timelines and working with the corresponding dates to ensure we hit our project goals
- Organizing project pods in our task management system, providing the team with the client materials they need to create a successful strategy
- Working with client leads to take actionable notes on weekly status calls and ongoing project calls to ensure follow-through and excellent client service
- Working with client leads to proactively establish planning processes and documents for clients
- Vetting and organizing assets (fonts, logos, images, etc.) and other pertinent information provided by the client so that internal teams have a clear understanding of a project’s objective and know where to access the assets needed to execute
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of effective agency collaboration, to gain an understanding of what it takes to plan, strategize and execute a successful group project, and to explore many different facets of digital marketing.
This is a part-time paid position (15-25 hours per week). Vert embraces a hybrid work model, so some work will be completed remotely and some from our Atlanta office.
