Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Manager oversees this role's day-to-day activities.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Verifies and logs the receipt of orders and obtains any data that is missing.
· Enter all orders into Versatrim order fulfillment system in a timely manner.
· Update customers with order statuses as requested and double-check your work to make sure you have input the data correctly.
· Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
· Research, recommend, and once approved by manager implements new methods, procedures, policies, and services.
· Assist in customer service call queue during peak call times.
· Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
· Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
· Update customer information in a database.
· Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
· Provide occasional administrative support.
· Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· 2-3 years’ experience in data entry preferred.
