Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be a key support to the growth function and a significant driver to our communication vision and strategy. The Marketing Coordinator is a critical part of our mission to elevate our message, reach new audiences, and advance its social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
• Support the development and execution of new growth partnerships to expand our audiences and base of clients.
• Manage our growth strategy across channels including owned email and social channels, Website and campaign partners.
• Collaborate with the growth lead to refine our marketing strategy (incl. brand positioning, target audience, content strategy).
• Support the development of brand partnership strategies to reach new audiences and increase our outreach and impact.
• Fully design and manage all social media campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Regularly and consistently support in creative development and distribution for social media and email channels.
• Design testing frameworks (A/B tests) to implement across social media channels and optimize overall strategy.
• Produce regular performance reviews to inform strategy & future plans.
• Monitor trends, strategies and best practices in the market to identify additional opportunities for growth expansion.

About you:

The Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic individual, with experience in diverse movement work. They are well-versed, active across social media platforms and related tools, and understand how to support the production and distribution of world-class content that maximize the unique attributes and audience reach on each platform. This role requires self-discipline, and independent ideation. They are preferably someone who has experience with strong writing, and execution with attention to detail and a proven track record of high quality performance in a fast paced environment. A passion for beauty & aesthetics industry is important, even if their professional experience has not been in that space.

Skills:

• An expert problem solver with strong skills in time, project and stakeholder management.
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
• A thought leader and innovator able to find creative ways to grow and engage our community & audiences.
• A strong leader, capable of bringing a team together and delivering all projects in timely and consistent manners.
• Active across social media channels with deep expertise around the strategies and needs of each platform.
• Skilled at engaging with innovations in digital communications and organizing, content development and advertising, and data and targeting.
• Committed to bringing humor, humility, and kindness to your work.
• A skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.
• A strong writer with a love for storytelling and good visuals.
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
• Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
