Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join our team. As a Processor, you will play a crucial role in the food production process, ensuring products meet quality standards and are packaged correctly.
Duties:
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the processing area.
- Operate processing equipment to fabricate and package food products.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and packaging quantities.
- Adhere to food safety regulations to guarantee product quality and consumer safety.
- Support the production team in various tasks related to food processing.
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in food production or processing is preferred.
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the food industry standards and practices.
- Mechanical aptitude to handle processing equipment efficiently.
- Basic understanding of food safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to fabricate and package food products accurately.
